Introduction to Seifukujutsu

The Koryukan Jujitsu School is offering an introductory course in Seifukujutsu (the art of restoration and adjustment) covering Japanese restorative massage or Nihon Kaifuku Anma. This massage is a cornerstone of traditional Chinese medicine and has been used in Japan for hundreds of years to treat many maladies that are only addressed by surgery or medicinal therapy in the United States.

AJJF Freestyle Contest

A freestyle contest, hosted by Wasenshi Kan of Roseville, is coming up soon! There will be children and adult divisions. You can get a $5 discount on your registration fee and support the Placer County Food Bank by bringing in 2 cans of food. A lunch buffet will also be available during the event for only $5 per person.

AJJF Black Belt Weekend

TO ALL DANZAN RYU BLACK BELTS On behalf of the Nibukikan Martial Arts Studio, and the American Judo & Jujitsu Federation, you are cordially invited to attend the 2014 AJJF Black Belt Weekend at the Holiday Inn in Chico, CA. on October 10-12. This once a year event has a star studded cast of instructors from several DZR organizations, including the Pacific Jujitsu Alliance, Kilohana and the American Judo & Jujitsu Federation. This promises to be a fantastic event filled with classes ranging from Yawara to Shinyo no Maki, and Kiai no Maki to healing arts.
